Since Netflix.com has become the only major player in the field, their business practices, in my humble opinion as a 7 year member, has become "Bigness Is Badness," and the bottom-line is for profits of expansion for our stockholders, and not the consumers. Their repeated refusal to ''hear'' the problem was an attitude, of "now that we are spending millions in advertising for expotential expansion, we are as not as concerned about making sure that the supply equals the demands." If you decide to ''jump-ship," no problem....we can always find a new sucker to replace you." (my quotes for emphais). I was abhorred at Netflix's cold treatment in dealing with legitimate complaints of their long-term customers. Has anyone else had Netflix substituting their top choices (that are available) for lower queque choice without explantion, that violates their policy. They said it has to do with "shelfing" problems of not enough to go around, but you are not told when and why this happens.
Totally disgusted with this new BIG
Corporate attitude.
ANYONE ELSE FEEL JILTED BY NETFLIX.com?

Additional Information:
After a frustrating attempt to address Netflix's new alogritham method of not fulfilling their contract promises, I was totally treated as ''the system doesn't take complaints" of deceptive advertising, it's all a matter of supply and demand.
