Poor customer service

Duke Energy - power to the poeple? NOT



We moved into our property the 1st of December and immediately signed up online - or tried to. I had to call the customer service center. Despite not receiving a bill, I made 2 electronic payments in anticipation of a bill arriving soon.

We were flooded out of our home in mid-March. When I called to have the electric turned off for safety reasons they assured me it was not a problem. I also asked for a final bill at that time as the house was destroyed and we could not move back in.

Medical Eye Doctor Complaint



I am reporting about an OD who practices in Mountain View, CA and he doesn't want to co-operate with the patient (me). I have Diabetes, Hypertension and I am pregnant right now and my gynecologist needs to know about the condition of my eyes due to the conditions that I have. The doctor just refuses to give me a copy of the eye exam. Initially he refused to give me a copy and after I explained it to him, he gave me a copy of his findings during my exam, which only ophthamalogists will know how to read. So, I gave the same copy to my Gynecologist and she couldn't read it either.
